Future Living Systems brings together groups of 20 people to build and fund their participatory homes, following a method that moves toward self-sufficiency through intelligent systems.

Future Living Systems keeps 10% of the shares in the property company. The remaining 90% is split between the participants.
Build
Taking part in the construction of the site automatically earns you a 4.5% stake in the property structure.
Live
Once the initial project is complete, you take full ownership of your shares. You are then free to stay and live on site.
